In order to master any dance and performance techniques to a high level, requires the same athletic ability as any other sporting skill; therefore a performer must have an optimum physical preparation regime. Every athlete should follow a healthy lifestyle to ensure their bodies and minds are healthy and functioning properly.  This lifestyle should incorporate; good sleeping patterns, exercise, water and a balanced eating plan, as elite performance requires lots of energy and the body performs at its best when filled with the proper fuel.
